Inspired by the classic Xishi teapot silhouette, the Shi Liu Xishi (Pomegranate Xishi) teapot pairs the elegance of Jingdezhen porcelain with the vibrancy of hand-painted enamel art.

Each teapot is meticulously crafted and decorated by skilled ceramic artists, who apply layers of delicate pomegranate blossoms — a symbol of abundance, prosperity, and thriving lineage in Chinese culture.

Fired at high temperature, the porcelain body becomes fine, smooth, and translucent, while the enamel painting creates a jewel-like finish. With its compact 175ml capacity, this teapot is perfect for gongfu brewing, solo tea sessions, and gifting.

A timeless blend of craftsmanship, symbolism, and everyday sophistication.

For over a thousand years, Jingdezhen has been the heart of Chinese porcelain craftsmanship — producing imperial wares famed for their translucence, brilliance, and artistic refinement.

The Xishi teapot shape, named after one of China’s Four Great Beauties, symbolizes elegance, softness, and perfect balance. When combined with hand-painted enamel (琺瑯彩) — an art once reserved for royal workshops — the result is a teapot that embodies both cultural heritage and contemporary artistry.

This Shi Liu Xishi teapot continues that lineage. Each stroke of enamel is applied by hand, requiring steady technique, patience, and years of experience. The pomegranate motif carries rich meaning in Chinese aesthetics — representing prosperity and blessings — making this teapot not only a tool for brewing but a vessel of artistic and cultural symbolism.
