Returns & Exchanges

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds or exchanges will be processed in accordance with our return policy.

Care & Maintenance
• Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. No special cleaners required.
• Water, coffee, tea, juice, and everyday spills can be removed easily.
• For best results, wipe away strongly colored foods and sauces (such as soy sauce, ketchup, curry, or chili oil) promptly.
• Avoid alcohol, bleach, abrasive cleaners, or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the surface finish. Store flat or loosely rolled when not in use.
It takes about 7-15 days to USA, Europe and Australia. To other countries, please refer to the actual logistics time or consult customer service.

– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
